Center for Work Life Career and Leadership Development
At Center for Work Life, we shape our employees careers through training, development, and clarity of their career track with us. We are always on the lookout for great people who want to take their fields to the next level. Our company's belief is simple. Emotional intelligence or mastering one's emotions and thoughts might be the most challenging part of one's life. It is, however, the path to freedom and power. Peace is not a natural state. We have to master it. Thus, being a highly valued employee with strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, and relationship building skills require that you exercise them regularly, just as we do with our muscles. All variations of emotional intelligence, such as regulating emotions so they might not easily escalate and anger, can easily be kept at bay by a little self-control. Such things as sadness, anxiety, fear, doubt, and hurt are all the root causes of our problems, such as anxieties, behavior issues, relationship issues, employee absence, aggression, bullying, misconduct, and addiction. Everyday things will bring sheer stress to naturally stressors like time management, expectations, disappointments, and disagreements. However, you do not have to be made miserable. Emotional intelligence is not the same as your I.Q. You can improve it by learning and practicing it. We will guide you to smart solutions that will make your life better. It is not worth being stressed and unsure of what will happen to you. Let go of your fears. We will help you unlock your greatest potential by helping you remove your greatest obstacle in your path—yourself. We can help you become more emotionally intelligent!
Our Center was founded and is run by Dr. Farnaz Namin, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist and a clinical psychologist. We are here to help organizations learn how to prevent employee absences, turnover, productivity, and work-life balance issues caused due to emotional pain. If the correct tools and resources are not available, they cannot be prevented or managed effectively. Let us help you. Reading all the information on our services does not hold a candle to trying the tools out for yourself. Please and thank you.
