Janice Palmer In my search for assistance in establishing a nonprofit, I received various recommendations. These suggestions indicated a straightforward and cost-effective process through the state website, with an estimated expense ranging from 1,000 to 1,200 dollars. However, the legal requirements of creating a nonprofit were uncertain, as I received unconventional and diverse responses. Therefore, I began my quest for reliable legal guidance while still harboring reservations. As a result, I conducted a thorough online investigation, which led me to discover the Chisholm Law Firm. The firm’s commendable testimonials further sparked my interest. Though skeptical of their fees initially, I decided to secure a loan against my life insurance policy. This involved making a significant down payment and arranging subsequent monthly installments. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances compelled me to temporarily withdraw in order to preserve my health. Chisholm Law Firm has been an invaluable resource for my nonprofit venture. They have extensively supported me in various ways. In addition to aiding in the establishment of the organization, they provide educational resources to facilitate the process. Their comprehensive classes cover crucial aspects such as set up procedures, grants acquisition, grant writing skills, and effective fundraising techniques. Furthermore, even after the nonprofit is set up, Chisholm Law Firm remains the go-to source for any questions helping to prevent any legal troubles. Ms. Audrey’s insightful books also offer additional guidance and valuable training. I am aware that every business has its pros and cons. However, in my personal experience, Chisholm Law Firm has been indispensable for my nonprofit venture. Their exceptional professionalism ensures the provision of high-quality services. If I had to start all over again, I would undoubtedly choose Chisholm Law Firm.
I honestly don't know where to start, and if I did I probably will never end, cause it's so much! The best thing I can say is the (company hired to answer the phones are polite) though they know NOTHING! We hired them in May for a grant! We all know that grants are not promised. But, the communication was absolutely horrible! I spoke with someone twice through the whole process, and now that it's to the end ......I still do not feel secured that we were ever a priority. Reaching someone is impossible! They advise email communication and even that communication has been bad. I did not have $2500 to blow, but it was a risk we took, and because they submit everything (as is) what's the use of getting professional help? So no suggestions from the experts on what to change and or correct? I'm so frustrated, and have lost all of my hope in this firm! It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend no one or ever in life come back! By the way......were finally at the end part in which takes another 4 months because they have nothing to do with anything after they submit the grants for you. I would be so happy to delete this post, or make a new one had my experience changed after I made several complaints already, but ummmmmm if a company shows you who they are " believe them the first time"!
