Florida Institute of CPAs - FICPA All CPAs throughout Florida are members of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The FICPA was founded in 1905 and has grown to over 19,500 members. The FICPA is among the largest CPA associations nationally and is witnessing membership growth each year.
