Images Auto Spa

First, I want to say that I "WAS" a long time customer with Images.... I can go back to almost my high school days with this place. Never had any real issues with them with any of my prior cars, BMWs or current CUV. I also went to high school with Raul and always found him to be a straight up and humble guy when i went in. So it's disheartening to say the least to leave a review like this due to his staff and I assume the owner she stated she was. Nov 5th, i went in for a simple Ultra shine, paid $30 plus $10 tip that is now charged up front. As my car entered the wash, i did hear a noticeable thump from the other side of the window which I can't really say what it was but i didn't put much thought to it and completely disregarded. I was headed to Kissimmee right afterwards and although disappointed in the half-fast wipe job, I didn't pay any mind to the details. When i got to my destination and decided to wipe down the car a bit more, I found my 2 front rims completely curb checked. Huge gash of some sort on the driver side and what looked like a 1/3 of my rim grinded on something. Obviously, i knew going back was going to be a waste of time. I already knew the denials were gonna come. But the next day i decided to see if Raul was there to just let him know what i found and to check his machines to ensure it's not happening to any others. I honestly didn't care for a claim, any money back or even a refund on the wash. It was simply to let him know this happened, my experience, and that's that. Because I've known Raul, not in any real personal way but known of him from high school and always treated me with respect when i would go by the wash, I figured its not something I need to lose sleep over and just have that conversation so he can check his machines. I could care less about the rims, these things happen. Well, unfortunately that went completely south fast. Raul wasn't in and what i assume who's the lead guy that I see there often was the one who attended to me. At first, he definitely seemed hesitant to talk to me when one of his guys called for him and I was standing right next to the employee who called him over, he wouldn't even look at me, just stared at his employee. When he finally came over I began to show him what i found, explained i wasn't looking for a claim, money or anything of the sort... and the first thing that he says was "that didn't come from here". I stood baffled and that's when i got upset. I know my car like the back of my hand. I work from home, no curbs in my area, barely use my car and yet.... the only place i took it within 24hrs that HE also had a hand in driving my car in and out the wash was exactly that person. We went back and forth about it, i told him i wasn't there to claim anything, i actually went to speak to Raul directly and I even asked when he'll be in and he told me he didn't know. Really??? You all have been working there for years on end and yet, no one knows anything all of sudden. He then told me the owner was on the way, asked if it was Raul, he said no the other owner. She pulls up, this is where it got spicey to say the least. When i showed her the rims, she told me the same, it's impossible it came from there. She then proceeded with a hypothetical assumption that what it looks like to her that " I lend my car to someone and they curb checked the rims without me knowing". WHAT THE WHAT??!?!? I literally had to stop her right there and she proceeded to tell me to let her finish and I told her she can stop right there if the first thing she's claiming is that i lent my car to someone else and they did it. Where the heck did that come from???? I don't lend my car to NO ONE EVER!!! And if i did, I'd be going to that person to have this conversation and not Images. She basically tried to me make me look like i was lying as if i have nothing better to do in life but to come over and lie about this? Something i even told her that i wasn't looking for a claim on. She even admitted to the marks being fresh but yet, they weren't from there. She even tried to belittle me by saying " she's willing to drive her Porsche through the wash and I'll see that the rims she has that are much better than mine, won't even get a mark. Seriously, she had to go there?? I didn't go there to compare sizes with anyone. I went in w/all humility to have a civil conversation with Raul. You can tell she wasn't going to set her pride to the side a moment and try not to lose a long time customer. There's that saying, not what you say but how you say it and unfortunately, she doesn't know HOW to speak to anyone but down to people. SAD.... I'm sure if this conversation was with Raul, this would've gone much better, despite no action, than how she handled it. Again, for someone not there to claim any money from anyone because these things could happen to the best of us, why would you treat people like they're below you? Unreal... and i NEVER write reviews but had to for this one.

The service attitude is very bad. The car was not clean. I paid $33 plus tax, not including the cleaning of the car. The whole body was not cleaned, and the front windshield was not cleaned. They told me that I had to pay extra to clean it, but they asked me to pay another three yuan. I paid another $3 and it still wasn't cleaned. The woman was swearing at people and her attitude was extremely bad. I will never go here to wash my car again.????
