Orlando Limo

I have never ever wrote a review on any company in my life, but after this trip I was so infuriated that I am writing this review. My wife booked with Orlando Limo for my 50th birthday surprise dinner. After the limo picked us up and dropped us off, based on the experience we had, it prompted me to look up the reviews. 700 plus 5 star ratings. Now I am really confused. First thought, the reviews posted were 100% made up, not truthful at all. I know nothing about this company since it was a surprise planned by my wife. The driver was very nice and courtesy so nothing against him. First thing I noticed were the cracked/ripped seats and 1990 style limo, not even in the discussion of being nice for a 5 star rated reviews company. No lights, no radio, no air were on or working. There was an empty hole in the back of limo, verv noticeable, where air vent was missing. Really? Someone did not take notice of that? Sure they did but elected to ignore the attention to detail and perception this brings. We went to a very nice restaurant and arrived hot, muggy, and sweaty. I told the driver when we got to restaurant, that this was a horrible experience and get another vehicle to pick us up. Company text my wife that all they had was the same limo or a Sprinter van to pick us up. My wife elected to keep same Limo as it was night and felt limo would not be that hot. Also, she is the nicest person to know so she does not like the feeling of putting people out and creating drama. "Go with the flow attitude". I will say that Orlando Limo did text my wife and offer to compensate us for the inconvenience but not sure what that means. I am so upset that I would not pay them 1 cent as Orlando Limo is 1000% at fault for this awful experience. For me, the driver, as last person to set eyes on condition of vehicle and especially management should know the condition(s) of your vehicles in service. You should not have this particular limo in your fleet or any similar to this what so ever. If you do, be up front and honest with the customer base stating condition, which would be old, dated, and not to the expections of an overwhelming 5 star rating reviews company. Oh, no one is booking these old run down limos, I wonder why? Shame on management to allow this to happen. Great night at dinner celebrating my 50th birthday, but will always remember Orlando Limo's name in a neaative light. Beware of 5 star rated reviews as this simply does not add up to my experience.
