Reliable All classes are Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga (temp. range from 89-98). However, depending on the weather, the number of students, and the humidity, the temperature at the studio can slightly vary. The Yin classes use a heated environment (temp. ranging from 75-89). There are no heaters in the beginner class. We welcome all experience levels. Please refer to the schedule for class times. Yin Yoga -excellent yoga for new students or those looking for a slower, more calming, yoga class. This yoga will concentrate more on meditation and breathing. Poses are long and restful (79-89deg). Bikram Yoga - Hot Hatha Yoga 90 minutes. This series consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The postures are precise and challenging, with clear and direct instructions.
