Customer Feedback Highlights: 1. Awesome presentation about the company products. Very kind and transparent with high professionalism.2. Horrible!!!!! Please do not go with this company! They did not finish my bathroom, but still, they have charged me more. I Called them to reschedule to finish, they said they’d give me a call back, and have never called. Horrible Work! Horrible Customer Service!3. We had a truly frustrating experience with Leaf Home Bath. Incomplete bathroom, two months, hired to remodel a bathroom, promised repeatedly over numerous calls to customer service that I would receive a call back but never received one. Also, brought a tub too small despite having the correct measurements. Additionally caused damage to my floor waiting for a resolution. They now want me to pay for their mistakes! High recommends looking elsewhere for bathroom remodeling. Nothing but a hassle and lack of professionalism is astonishing. Save yourself the hassle, find a more reliable contractor!4. Jeremiah came by and did a great job! He is a very nice person! I would like to do business with him again.5. Did not show for the appointment. Wasted my day for the appointment waiting. 10 minutes before the appointment, I was informed that the rep is delayed. Called the office and was recommended to book for another day. Booking an appointment early does not guarantee that the appointment will be taken. Thank you for respecting the potential client time.
