Germain Law Group, P.A. was established by Michael B. Germain, who has litigated insurance claims and complex commercial cases for over a decade. He is dedicated to representing individuals and companies against their insurance providers, as well as those who have injured them financially, emotionally, or physically. Florida Superlawyers chose Michael as a "SuperLawyer" for 2015 in the area of insurance coverage litigation. Previously, he was chosen as a "SuperLawyer" for 2013 and 2014, and he was a "Rising Star" in the field of insurance coverage litigation for 2011 and 2012. Michael is a Tampa native and a Berkeley Preparatory High School graduate, where he was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. He takes cases across Florida.
