It’s been nothing but a nightmare with Ideal Image, they have inexperienced staff selling you packages for thousands of dollars make promises that they can do the procedures that you paid for. However, when you make your appointment and arrive, they say they don’t do that. Well, why did I pay for specific packages? The injectors are told and also not trained to do specific things. Like if you want a brow lift, they don’t do that. If you want under eye filler, they don’t do that. If you want a lip, flip, they don’t do that. Literally, these are all the concerns that I went over with the representative who is not an injector. Such a mess, the front desk staff is uninformed and unhelpful. I trusted them with my face and the one time i did allow the injector she dropped my face and I was left looking like I had a stroke!! I work in front of the camera and lost work because of this! And she’s sold me on packages that I can’t even use. I just want a refund I want my money back. I am an unhappy customer and will do what it takes to get my money back. Do not go here!! Do not give them your money!! I want a refund. You sold me on services you don’t provide. I believe this is 100% false advertising
