Ms. Lisa's Dance:
Expressive dance for young children
We know that young children, even ones who seem shy, can and should express themselves through dance. This is why dance should be introduced to young children in a fun way that drives self-orientation and character development. The flow of natural movements can be used to nurture the budding dancers and help them express themselves through their bodies. A positive sense of self is essential for any child’s growth, which is why we help promote it by helping our young dancers find the dance style that appeals to them the most. Each of our students is unique, so we find the best dance style to suit their interests and skills. With our guidance, our young dancers will learn to use their creativity by using dance props and their imagination. During this time of play and exploration, they do not realize that they are learning essential life skills. Early dance training allows a child to grow and develop through a wide range of styles.
Letting Kids be Kids; learning by play
We help all of our dancers find inspiration and a passion in music so that they can feel the inner grace that dance can bring. Our goal is to build our student's confidence and self-esteem so that they feel comfortable when performing in front of others. Because learning and creativity never stop, we also ask them to share their arts and accomplishments with other people as they grow older. Our studio is committed to sharing the arts with our local community. This is why our studio's mission is to encourage families and help our students grow, all while helping to support the local community.
