I am not a happy client at all. I went with out work for over a year. I sent every doctor visit testing and ER visit. I did my case I was the only one who kept in contact the first year and half. I never recd an email or call from them until two weeks before court. Then told it was my fault I was not going to win my case because I lost my medical insurance for about six months. If a client is emailing you constantly and the emails slow down why as an attorney not reach out to me. I can tell you why they didn’t reach out because they never did. I never received any advice or any communication from them. Total waste of my time. My favorite statement from the attorney was she was very concerned the judge would not side with us because I can sit at my position how can you be a disability attorney and tell a client who has sciatica they need to sit more? That is the WORST thing to tell a person with sciatica to sit. I don’t expect an attorney to be a doctor but some things are common knowledge in your career. Then after one appeals process for them to tell me they can’t help me any further okay I got that because they never did a thing until right before seeing the judge what a waste of my time and energy. I don’t have just sciatica I have about nine out major medical issues. I have so many emails I sent to them and they didn’t even once call or reply to my emails. Sad .
