In the beginning, everything is quick, beautiful and wonderful. The attorney responds to you, gives you attention. Then it's downhill. My case went through about 3 different attorneys, and only the first one was good and attentive. To give you an idea, I discovered that my hospital bill went into collections, due to a lack of communication between customer and lawyer. I have been sending emails since Monday, and no response has been given (today is Saturday). And it's not the first time this has happened. You will go days, weeks without a response. To call? Forget ir! They only get back to you quickly if it's a new case, otherwise they get back to you whenever they want. I had my first accident in June last year, I finished treatments at the chiropractor in December of the same year. The case has already been closed, the chiropractor's bill has already been paid, and for more than a month I have been hearing "the billing department will contact you", and so far nothing. And is the only answer that i hear everytime i ask. I don't know how much the settlement of my case was, no one can give me that information. And I had permanent damages in my lower back and neck. And then I had another car accident, which involves a more complicated situation, and I have my hospital bill being sent for collection, because no communication was made between the hospital and the attorney, and at no point did the attorney advise me to pay the bill. I don't trust this company anymore, I just want someone to contact me, SHOW me how much the settlement of my first case was, and close it. I don't want to deal with this company anymore. I hope posting this on the internet bring their attention, since emails and calls doesn't work.

If I could put a no start I would dealing with this law firm been hell I had my case which to had a attorney I was not comfortable with but he was not removed from my case and the guy was notified they didn't care as me as client was very uncomfortable with the attorney but then come fine out I had 2 different attorneys on same case very confusing so because the attorney I ask to be removed from my case remain on my case and making decisions so I asked to speak to the head guy they then ingored me and never put in my request to express my concerns about both attorneys even one cause me to become homeless with misleading information on handling a personal case out side of the slip n fall case and because I asked questions I was emailed that I'm harassing the lawyer and there going to file for a injunction on me so I asked to speak with the had guy about asking the firm to withdraw instead of letting me make the request the same attorney I ask to not be on my case did a motion to withdrawal so you as a client don't matter and little to no information about your case is given at the end they will but a lien against your case even tho you have all emails and text and shady things you will go as a oh well bye please do your research it caused me and my family a home with all the misleading and stress
