UPS store on Platt #3751
Shipped 3 packages in the last 2 years other than Amazon returns. 2 of them have had items taken. The last was DOUBLE boxed when It shipped, but magically was single boxed when it arrived minus 2 of the 5 items.
When I went to file a report I was told that 'I should have got insurance '. I said I was not worried about breakage, but that I was not aware that it was for UPS theft. She repeated that I should have purchased insurance, to which i replied i did not know i needed to get insurance for UPS stealing my sh!t. Then ROBERT short,portly, employee comes over tells me that I can't 'cuss' at them. I said apologize and it was 1 word. He yelled NO WORDS and physically got in my face. Then he took my receipt and tore it up. When I went to get it , I did touch him
