Wellness Psychological Services

I have been trying to schedule an appointment through Emily via email & over the phone for the last 2 weeks. She has purposely gone in circles with every excuse in the book to not schedule my daughter in. I told her this was an emergency, selected the therapist that she confirmed twice was available and confirmed my availability and selected a date/time. The day of my daughter's appt (driving from New Tampa to downtown location) she then calls me to let me know my appt was never confirmed - even though it was via email. Emily is now telling me the only availability the therapist has is on Saturdays and if I am not able to come in during the weekend then to find other help elsewhere. I then told Emily I can come on Saturdays (just not this week). She said sorry she can't book my appt if it's more than 1 week out and told me to call 2 days prior to the Saturday to confirm the therapist's availability. Are you kidding? How is a working mother, with a new born, supposed to schedule an appointment a couple days in advance? I truly have never experienced such poor customer service and professionalism in my life. I will be sure to let new patients know what an awful experience booking an appt with Wellness Psychological Services is - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
