Josh Breedlove comes from Mississippi and has spent many years in the retail industry. He joined Orvis Atlanta after working with some of the industry's biggest names. He has visited places such as the deserts of Palm Springs and Puerto Vallarta. After a boat, pickup, and mule ride up a hill, he ziplined down with 12 lines that were "ridiculous." Josh is laid back and sweet, with excellent attention to detail. His friendly and attentive demeanor towards customers and teammates helps him forge enduring bonds. In case he's not in the shop, likely, he's in the field (but definitely not in wingshooting). He enjoys recreational softball, playing both regionally and nationally. Devin Lancaster vividly remembers his first fly rod, an Orvis Far-and Fine which was 7’6”, 4-weight with a Battenkill Click-and Pawl Reel. He was not yet seven, but he fished with his father the following year and landed his first wild brown, measuring 12 inches, somewhere in Provo River Utah. Fishing is part of his life. He has been to the Everglades, where he battled redfish, snook, and jack crevalle. He has fished along Yellowstone River, southwest Montana. Devin has guided as a pro, taking his clients to the North Georgia Mountains to chase the native Brook Trout. He loves to hike, bushwhack, and take his chances in the weirdly fished stream. His life is a blend of detective and outdoor work, but he switched back to help more people realize their dreams of fly fishing by offering the best gear and guidance.

Overall, the reviews indicate that the Orvis store in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood enjoys high customer satisfaction. Many customers have asserted that the store provides a welcoming and positive shopping experience. The vast majority of customers note that the staff are helpful and knowledgeable about outdoor activities, especially fly fishing. Many customers mentioned that the staff—often by name—offered to help them not only find what they were looking for but also to offer tips and demonstrate products. This led to positive interactions with employees and a better understanding of the products being purchased. The store’s inventory was found to be top-notch, and customers described the location as having a wide range of products in stock while also offering unique, custom options. The store’s customers’ high level of satisfaction is driven by staff members, who work hard to ensure they are satisfied.
