My experience has been highly unsatisfactory. The instructor that I had was extremely unprofessional, unprepared, new little about how to operate the technology, sometimes we sat there forever, waiting for her to figure out how to play a video while we had to stare at her face all screwed up, looking back the video while we sat there waiting and waiting and waiting for her to figure it out or talk to people off camera about her problems. The class spent 10, 15, 20 minutes or more listening to her berate a few students who she felt like were being un attentive. She had a very quick trigger to anger. She was very defensive and argumentative in her responses. We were supposed to be getting 10 minute breaks every hour, but that rarely happened. She droned on and on and on and on about insignificant things and misspoke a number of times about the information..At other times if she was irritated with a student in the class, she would go on a long tirade about the rules and the expectations and incredible of time in class while we all had to sit there and hear her rant. Because of her, the class was an incredible waste of time. Although she did give us all of the questions and the to the post test that was supposed to be taken on the last day. However, she told everyone (after she told us to write the questions down) that we then had to throw them away because she would get in trouble. Terrible experience would not recommend at all.

For a 6 hour defensive driving course, it was surprisingly informational. I Learned 2 major things about the road laws and was able to receive my proof of completion. Overall the instructor was very presentable and inclusive. Really recommend it for anyone who needs to take a defensive driving course. Shout out Sandi M.

Yolanda Johnson was my teacher was the best teacher I have ever met at my defensive driving course..ask for her class cause she has nothing but the up most respect for us and nothing but love for us and our well being.

Mark Adam was my class teacher and he was great and he was very knowledgeable and help me with the information I needed

The class updated me on a lot of new laws and was very interesting it wasn't boring like I thought it would be. The host Ms.Love was very interactive. She also was very beautiful. I didn't want to be in that class but $95. 00 well spent.
