The Sanctuary spa is an all around wonderful operation. Comfortable, beautiful design and the staff receive pointed praise from most customers. They call out the skilled and personable massage therapists and other staff by name regularly. Call-outs for the massage, facialists, and what sounds like the (drinks) relaxation room make up the majority of comments. Most of them mention several visits, usually monthly, as well. A small percentage of reviewers had some issues, but the general pattern is that people like it and often return and make off-site friends want to come to Iowa to visit them for pampering day.
