Customer reviews recap: I would never suggest Carbon law to anyone in need of legal advice. However, Matt is a good attorney. I was satisfied with the results of my situation, but his skills are underused there. Carbon Law should enhance its practices in many areas. If you are facing a DUI, Carbon Law cannot help you with DMV concerns. In my view, you should contact a separate DMV lawyer right away! I got the impression from John that they had in-house DMV counsel, and it was included in the price he quoted me. It turned out they only make a referral later on, which was upsetting. Additionally, the communication between John and Matt was maddening! I always had to backtrack and repeat after John stated that he would pass on the information. Moreover, I had to collect almost all of my documentation. Despite thinking the company could obtain those as quickly, if not faster. This even led the DA to receive information more effectively than them, leaving me worried about what I was paying for. To top it off, a clear pricing breakdown: price (add the requested disbursement changes without the consultation fee) Himang asked if he had to update everything on the court prices, John got very upset and was extremely unprofessional and petty I often felt that the staff did not care about me or have confidence in my case. It felt like I was just a number and they rushed through things to get to the next client. The communication was hectic and inconsistent—I received several calls a day or had to call multiple times a day and not get clear answers, and sometimes key updates weren’t communicated. My court date was moved up, and I only found out because I called the courthouse myself. The meetings were only available in the mornings, which was inconvenient. I also asked for things like video evidence multiple times, for me to view and they took me harassing and with-holding payments for them to get it to me. Carbon Law should improve its communication, organization, and client care. Matt got a good result for me, but everything felt chaotic, and I felt ignored. Greater clarity, consistency, and support. If John got upset because of my questions, then I am disappointed by his actions.
