Since 1988, American Mattress has been satisfying customers. One company that bought American Mattress from the family-operated business left two employees feeling hopeless. The corporation quickly stripped the family-owned identity. Corporate policies replaced the family-like customer and worker experiences at American Mattress. The experience was fundamentally wrong. Two friends decided to form a company that was a true friend, not a corporation. Every customer is a family member at American Mattress, where the business started. We have witnessed and adapted to changes in the sleep industry since beginning. American Mattress is a respected and reliable brand with a commitment to excellent customer service, which has not waned a day. This is a family-owned business. In community service and customer treatment, we are still leading and treating customers kindly.
