Della and Mark Allen had the vision of opening various educational facilities for Chicago families when their twin boys and girls were young. Fantasy Kingdom, their first "learning through play" Chicago facility, opened in the fall of 2004, was playable Monday to Friday. It closed to the public in the summer of 2012. Creative Scholars Preschool was the Allens' next big dream. It opened in April 2009, combining what they learned from Fantasy Kingdom with new educational concepts in a warm, nurturing environment. Creative Scholars Preschool offers a place where children can connect to learn by doing and having fun with their instructors and friends. Located in the Lincoln Square neighborhood, CSP offers a unique, safe, and collaborative environment. It is a child and daycare center emphasizing early literacy, fine arts, and social-emotional intelligence. Our curriculum lets teachers recognize children's individual talents.
