Dr. S. Mishevski - The Psychology Practice

Doctoral-level Therapist / Psychologist Providing quality mental health therapy / psychotherapy in the South Loop Downtown Chicago Loop Area. ~The Psychology Practice, PC~ is a niche boutique practice focusing exclusively on mental health therapy (psychotherapy) located in Northwest Indiana & the South Loop, Downtown Chicago prioritizing quality of care. The Psychology Practice is 'niche' in several ways: First, because The Psychology Practice is an independently run therapy practice, I am able to offer focused & specialized quality of care, tailored to each person's specific needs, which may not always be found in larger organizations or group practices. (No 'cookie-cutter' approach or 'therapy mill, assembly line' clinic care). Second, I provide a holistic process-oriented depth psychotherapy treatment known to have lasting beneficial effects beyond a short-term ‘fix’. I am able to provide such niche specialized treatment due to specific training via multiple formats which extends beyond my doctoral-level education. I am also currently associate clinical faculty at The Chicgao Center for Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy. That being said, I integrate other modalities of treatment which include, but are not limited to: Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, client-centered humanism, & transpersonal psychology. My intention first and foremost is to understand and then provide the most adequate treatment for each patient. Third, the population of patients with whom I work is also focused. Many of the patients I work with are young adults (of all genders, ages 18-40) and woman of all ages; Some of whom are in therapy for the first time and others who have tried other healing or treatment approaches but are looking for something that might provide more lasting benefits beyond the time the treatment completes, as has been their previous experience.
