I have been a patient since 2015, the last few visits it has been a total sh*t show due to extremely poor planning from the girls at check out. They are not trained and rope you with pressure. In my case they write down 3 steps (root canal) procedure and give you a quote, but in reality, once you start it is actually 5 visits and much more expensive then what they quoted you. Leaving you no choice but to come back and pay up since they started the work. They pressure you like a used car salesman, they are money hungry, refuse to release dental records (IT IS ILLEGAL) lots of talk but no effort
Dr. Edward Chang is the best part about this practice, he is great. Also Sarah the technician and Volha the original check out lady that was honest!
Dr. Nasrim Azim, is not a pleasant dentist. Again driven by greed by only sucking out everything from the insurance company and not your well being.
Stay away from this practice!!!
