HERO Coffee Bar

In 2014, HERO Coffee Bar opened its doors in Chicago at the classic 439 S. Dearborn Street location. HERO's previous owners established the wonderful brand, and my company partner Trey and I purchased it in December 2018. We are two local, hospitality-driven entrepreneurs who are obsessed with the city of Chicago and making perfect coffee. HERO's new mission repurposes the original founders' concept, using great coffee to have a long-term, optimistic impact on the community. With the rising number of roasters and coffee shops in the city, HERO wants to make a difference. We aim to be recognized for the right reasons, not just because of the beans we source locally but the local charities we support. As Trey and I, we assure quality for every cup. The analysis of the cafe's reviews highlights a common theme seen in 20/20 (20 out of 20) perceives : its excellent coffee and bagels. Customers are satisfied with the broad selection of breakfast items, and they particularly love the Costa Rica coffee. The environment is warm and welcoming, the staff is helpful, the customers praise the fast and friendly service. However, my findings point that, due to a heavy footfall, around 11:30 a.m. obstacles such as a crowded atmosphere and difficulty finding a seat arise. Still, congestion is apparent in the place, but it is cheaper than other eateries and has positive features that outshine the negatives.
