IK Gymnastics (Gym B)

Irina Kudina Gymnastics (Gym B) is owned, founded, and operated by Irina Kudina. International Category Master of Sport, Ukraine Artistic Gymnastics Champion, and three-time Soviet Union Allround Champion in Sports Acrobatics are some of her past accomplishments. She was the head coach of the Lake Shore Academy USAG girl's soccer team in Chicago, where her students competed at every level, including the National, State, and Regional. IK Gymnastics is a comprehensive gymnastics facility. We view gymnastics as a health and holistic sport. You need a comprehensive and mature outlook. This stems from understanding the physical, functional, and psychological components of gymnastics. While hard work is rewarded, we believe that enjoyment and consistency are the best ways to succeed. The IK philosophy prizes fun and expression, and people should adhere to it. We want every athlete to make positive, life-affirming decisions that will benefit them and their community. The IK Gymnastics team is carefully chosen for their ability to develop strong gymnasts at a fundamental level and their ability to provide constructive and supportive feedback. They are high-level gymnasts who continuously learn and evolve, studying and analyzing coaching methods to create a mentally, emotionally, and physically sustainable gymnast.
