I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lee Jacobson . Over the course of seven months November 2024 through July 2025 , I was charged over $18000 with no meaningful results. Most court appearances were handled by his assistant Kelsie rather than the attorney himself, which I believe significantly contributed to my case going poorly and to substantial losses on my end Despite the lack of progress, I was continually billed even for questions about the bill , and after I ultimately had to hire a new attorney to protect my interests, he is now requesting additional payment through the court ! At no point did I feel that my case was being handled with urgency or with my best interests as the priority. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. If you choose to hire this attorney, insist on a flat-rate agreement and clearly define expectations in writing. Otherwise, you may find that the arrangement benefits the attorney far more than the client Update, It’s interesting that Jacobson managed to conduct a $74 ‘case review’ in November 2025, months after being terminated in August 2025.
