founder of Kids' Work Chicago Riverview, Lynda is a highly experienced and accomplished educator and administrator. She has been working with children for over 30 years. Lynda had already run an in-home child care for almost thirty years before she decided to teach early elementary. By teaching early elementary for ten years and observing her class, she became interested in the nuances of social and emotional learning. With both Sarah and Lynda's experience, they continue to see the need for a program that supports families while educating children. They have succeeded in Kids Work to sustain the program's primary goal, and they were confident in expanding their vision during the pandemic. The current Kids Work location in North Center is east of the river and is fully renovated, including individual classrooms, a multi-purpose indoor play area, two different playgrounds, and other outdoor spaces. Our full-time and part-time child care programs offer flexible feeding and sleep schedules and one-on-one attention for your child.
