For example, you might feel anxious when faced with a difficult problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision.
 
Feedback on the mindful behavior organization is extremely positive. A couple with a failing marriage go to the center to help their child, but then discover that the therapy is right for them. After some difficulty, they get past it and are happy and in love. Appointment scheduling is excellent; clients are kept informed even when there's a waitlist.
