Our Story Thomas Ward and Michael Rice founded the Thomas Ward Insurance Group back in 1999. They had worked together at another firm specializing in health and life insurance. As they became more and more successful in their new venture, they found the company was turning down more and more potential clients. That meant they had to adopt a stricter evaluation process to accept only those who fit their company's mould. They found it a daily battle to admit good people who wanted support because they didn't match the anticipated client type. They believed that prospective clients were not given the opportunity to be served because they always doubted the process by which the client would be served. Their potential clients weren't given the chance to work with a company offering quality insurance solutions – the kind of service they were looking for. Our Mission Thomas and Michael, along with the highly competent industry-trained employees, provide excellent service to our clients looking for insurance solutions.
