About this business
When Nora Unicoi was diagnosed with a rare disease that would eventually take her vision, she decided that everyone else could just as well live. Many people with disabilities were still undervalued by the community. She was not discouraged by the diagnosis. It made her a better person. She set out on a mission to turn her home into an art studio/shop. Her goal was to create an outlet for children to express themselves through art. She attended classes on art techniques and business. Soon after, Nora published her first book, Unicoi Art Studio. She believes that children are our future. Her goal is to give them opportunities to be successful.
