Every staff contact at WindSoleil has been very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They worked with me around my installation timing needs. They responded to my many questions. They sent technicians out to problem solve a gateway issue. They are busy which means that you may have to be a little patient with scheduling; however, they are true to their word and worth the wait.

Installation crew was great. They installed 27 panels on my roof, a back up battery system and a new sub panel. They had to order a special breaker for my existing panel so there was a little delay on finishing up sub panel. Very clean and professional work. I highly recommend WindSoleil for all your solar needs.

Teddy is very unreliable and does not keep his promises. I understand people make mistakes and all I want is to be made whole. Even with a written letter promising me he’d make things right, Teddy just ignored calls and if caught promises to call back and never does. I bought 33 full size panels, so this wasn’t a small job. He told me I was good to go, yet by his negligence, I went nine months not being connected to the grid and the production was flat out lost. Additionally, paperwork for State refund wasn’t submitted properly costing thousands. So this will probably end in a law suit. What a shame.
