At 18, my college accounting certificate led me to Clark’s Car Care Inc. Part-time I was a porter at a car dealership washing cars. As I enjoyed the auto business, I later switched to the service department. In five years, I moved to the service department after being a service representative in several dealerships. Helping a customer turn angry or upset into happy is a thrilling experience.
