Developing people's skills in education and social services and IT is what Briljent has done since 1998. We believe this work is important and meaningful. It is necessary and raises the bar for the success of our business. We have been discussing the importance of diversity, and here is how our CEO put it: Briljent was established in 2004 to let everybody have their say, which is my intention. I am a woman, and I got tired of how I was treated. For more than 20 years, we have a purposeful plan to treat our employees as equals. We listen to them. We value their contributions. We give them a chance to succeed financially. Is this a perfect way to do it? I am not sure. But we are not perfect at this yet. We do our best and work hard. We continue to work to improve every day. We seek a work environment where all employees are welcome and supported, women, men, varied religious and political backgrounds, sexual orientation, and all others.
