CUPS Coffee was launched in the heart of downtown Indianapolis near Monument Circle in 1996 by Mike and Grace. They had little children at the time, aged five and three. Victory Field and the Circle Centre Mall were inaugurated in 1996, and the Indianapolis Artsgarden was recently completed. The couple have grown their company as they have watched their children grow. It began as a store with a few customers and is now a nationwide retail chain. Now, 25 years later, they have more than 1,200 national locations. CUPS Coffee was built cup by cup and customer by client. As the years have passed, these clients have become regulars and then friends. The brand has seen a lot of growth in the past quarter-century. A passion for coffee and community is the driving force behind CUPS Coffee. Customers also get excellent customer care and service.
