Maggie Doyle is a native of the Southside neighborhood of Indianapolis. Her passion for entrepreneurship was inspired by watching her father's commitment to customer service as a child. She completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Ball State University in 2011. Maggie signed up for Aveda Fredric's Institute in Indianapolis directly after. She met Joshua J Howard in school, where they were both able to become Certified National Educators of Davines a few years later. He now serves as the company's creative director. All members of the Experience team recognize the importance of maintaining a commitment to learning and training. They attend 3-4 advanced technical courses each year to stay updated on the industry's ever-changing trends. Maggie wanted her company's name to signify the simple concept that each guest should have a memorable experience each time they enter the salon
