Hertz Car Sales Indianapolis

I went to this location when my 2007 Chevy Tahoe had broken down while I was traveling cross country. I found the vehicle I wanted worked a deal and I asked the finance guy Charles to put an extended service contract on my vehicle. He gave me their 12,000 mile warranty that they can almost get out of every claim and then sold me a bumper to bumper contract for $3,500.00 so I felt assured I would be covered. Fast forward 3 months, I take my car to the shop thinking I have (two) 2 warranties on my vehicle, to my surprise a wheel hub and an a/c door actuator are not covered in this bumper to bumper warranty. Only the engine internal and transmission internal parts are covered and my bumper to bumper warranty only covers the radio and the park sensors. So I called Charles their finance guy, explained to him my frustration as this was not what I was told I was purchasing and he said if we got the wrong one we will cancel it. Then when I asked him if he would put the correct coverage on it he hung up on me. I called back twice and was sent straight to voice mail. Now my implied warranty that they said I have is worthless and I am left with a $1500.00 repair bill. They misled me on my Svc Contract and now refuse to help me. I will let you know if I get my refund because if not, we will be going to court. Stay away from this dealership!! They lie and misleads their customers and then just won't speak with them. Thats not customer service nor the dealership I would recommend to any of my friends
