Horrible, run!!! Do not sign lease!!! The properties are decent and initially look reasonably priced. This place is a Fee Money Pit and completely impersonal. The property is NOT checked at move in. Everyone says they are sorry for inconvenience but blames another person or department. Maintaince isa nightmare!!! You tell your property manager, open a website NOT TIED TO TENNANT SITE but another department, another sign in. After uploading pictures to website and in at least one or two text threads.... THEN schedule someone 8-4 to come LOOK at issue, then gain approval to schedule another visit to possibly come do the work. Three vendors have already been canceled, three times rescheduled work, and NO SHOW ON ALL. If you like never seeing anyone step up in order to resolve concerns you'll love this place. ...again ALL of these concerns were pre move in, KNOWN ISSUES. The largest gap is that it is so impersonal and are Not Valued. Every fee is TWICE OTHER APARTMENTS, AT LEAST. They will leave you lost, alone, and being blamed for everything when all you want is a working apartment.
