International Montessori School

International Montessori School was established in 2004 within the Indianapolis region (Indianapolis and Zionsville) to provide high-quality, affordable early education to parents. Ranee Dhadialla oversees IMS as the principal and director. She has over 40 years of teaching experience and integrates Montessori education into her classroom to create a nurturing environment that supports children's growth. IMS students learn critical skills and life skills while immersing their minds in the rich, diverse world around them. Friends, parents, and children embrace the Montessori School as they learn about Montessori together. Preschool schedules range from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for 3-6-year-olds. Kindergarten programs, starting at 9:00 a.m., ultimately finish at 3:00 p.m. Some parents need extra childcare for their children when they are unable to attend school. Parents may sign up for the 7:00 - 9:00 a.m., 12:00 - 3:00 p.m., and/or 3 :00 - 6 p.m. blocks. The 12:00 PM- 3:00 PM time slots, where we provide our preschool and kindergarten programs, have 12:1 and 10:1 child-to-adult ratios, respectively. The Montessori Preschool Classroom is a dynamic environment where children can decide to engage with many manipulatives or self-correcting activities. Children can easily access everything they need from shelves only a few feet away. The Montessori Directorress is always present to offer help when needed. The areas children operate in are correlated to their skills and progress. Each region contains practical activities and materials, which help the child grow intellectually, sensorially, and physically. IMS lets its preschoolers live and develop in a "harmonized, normalized community" throughout their preschool years. This system helps children get more organized and disciplined, be less distracted by other activities, assimilate environmental changes, and respect their peers' space. The Montessori Directorress is a mentor who encourages and helps children develop and grow in a supportive environment where every child can learn and develop.

The International Montessori School is well-loved by many reviewers. While the school's teachers care for children in an incredibly structured and personalized way, their students outperform their peers both academically and socially. Most stressing occasion include the "IMS Art & Science Night". This event helps families understand the Montessori framework(Addis,2020). Parents have also been given a warm welcome and they feel like they are at home which is very important for their children. A current parent appreciated their children's learning experience, as they had attended multiple schools of similar kind and the school was not too busy when compared to others (Shirley,2020) so needed to find care for his kid hence found IMS(Addis,2020). Concluding the parents stated that all the efforts about the students have paid off and because of IMS their always proud to be a parent. Klostermann(2020) noted the high academic standard of the school with teachers having a look at each child who has already graduated to then kindergarten.
