Not intriguing. Not impressed. I chose to rent from this PM because they had good reviews. They talk professionally but their actions are less than stellar. If you choose to rent from this "property management" company, they will put the tenant to work managing issues. After signing my lease, I have been placed in charge of sorting out one of their multi-unit properties that was not set up with water. The utility company told me the landlord would need to contact them to figure out which meter went with which unit. Intrigue Indy was clueless. Then, with no trash bin, I was told to contact the department of public works to request one for all units (I rent one unit). But then the DPW told me the landlord needs to establish the trash service for this multi-family unit. Why am I the middle-man as a tenant? What does “property management” mean? I’ve attempted to address these issues with my point-of-contact and the responsibility/consequences come back on my shoulders. The nice person who does maintenance work for Intrigue Indy has been given the wrong keys more than once and unable to complete assigned tasks, like getting my heat to work. Intrigue Indy is not well informed of the properties they manage and they do not communicate well with the property owners or tenants. Lastly, I would strongly advise you read their lease terms and ask questions. Even if it says, "Ownership provides Washer," and "Ownership provides Dryer," exactly as it says with other items seen and provided in the unit, they will tell you it is confusing and that you did not read it correctly but that they will not provide a W/D, albeit maybe the hookup. Should a lease be confusing? With this negative review, I won’t be surprised if they withhold my damage deposit and accuse me of damages. I’ve never had issues with rental companies before and they’ve always been grateful for how I’ve left a space better than I found it, something I have always taken pride in. I guess this is a risk I’ll take because I’m so disappointed with my decision to rent with them and I don’t want someone else to be in this position. I just signed a year with this less-than-intriguing property management company. Don't get hoodwinked.

I had a terrible experience with Intrigue Indy they Managed my home in Indianapolis for over two years starting from a leasing Manager who wasn’t accurate about all the tenants information and the moving dates, Getting in the mix and not being notified about late rent payments and non payments till the statement due dates My biggest concern that they didn’t provide lease guarantee for tenant they placed , after eviction In less than six months they wanted me to pay another leasing fee which is one month rent. That business doesn’t follow the partnership concepts of winning together and loosing together. They accept Credit Card payments for rent and they use a platform allows charge backs for rent payments so please be aware I didn’t get my deposit back Ryan said I have Intrigue Indy Money because of the charge backs Ryan is very confrontational and doesn’t have the partnership mentality
