Pfeifer Home Inspection

Terrible experience, he had no respect for my home at all and really messed up my home. He soaked the bathroom floor from the shower and didn't clean it up. Also, he messed up my bed covers. All the closet doors were left open and he didn't lock my house when he left. I would never recommend!

Worst home inspection we ever had. He missed multiple problems a couple of them not even to code. We had to spend thousands of dollars out of are own pockets to fix these problems after the fact. Would not recommend this company.

I was recommended Pfeifer Home Inspection by a friend that had a good interaction. Kyle was quick to respond when I requested a home inspection for my first home. He was on time for the appointment and got the inspection report to me within a couple days. When reviewing the inspection report, it was easy to read and color coded with issues he thought were major/marginal/minor. During the inspection, the house lost power and Kyle claimed he was unable to test multiple amenities within the house (garage door, furnace on/off, water heater on/off, etc.). Kyle was not the causer of the power outage, but had only noted in the report that he could not test due to no power. After reading this, we had spoken on the phone and I had asked why the inspection was incomplete and if there are other inspection points for each unit missed than turning it on/off. Kyle explained the power outage was not his fault and there were other points to inspect for each unit that he had not done. When I asked why this had not been done, he stated the house is for sale by owner and I am buying without a realtor. When I had asked for him to come back to finish the inspection on the units missed, he declined again stating the house is for sale by owner. He was disrespectful through the phone call. He offered to inspect emailed photos of these units, but photos are no good when I haven't experience to know what to look for in faulty units. Inspecting was his job and was why I paid him. After a disappointing and disrespectful phone call, and incomplete inspection report, I decided I would not be working with Pfeifer Home Inspection in any way moving forward. I would not recommend this service.
