Hi, I'm Shaindel, the photographer and proprietor of Raw Sugar Photography. I transitioned from a TV news producer to a business owner in 2011, and I have never looked back. I still appreciate and learn from good news stories, but I tell my story with photographs rather than words. I saw something in photography that piqued my attention, and I have always wanted to convey emotion through it. I am a woman who wears many hats, including being a photographer and entrepreneur. I am also a mom of three girls, a wife, a cat mom, and a foster care sponsor. I hold a 2003 degree in Media Arts from Tulane University.
