No matter how desperate or routine your request, I stand ready to help. Building a better body awareness and patterning can help prevent many of the musculoskeletal problems we face. Many of these problems can be reversed, even after decades of poor movement patterns. It is possible to reverse the clock and release the pressure on your muscles and joints by using Pilates, Movement Intelligence (Feldenkrais-based), bio-mechanics, release techniques, and pelvic floor. This doesn't occur instantly. It does happen; if you take steps toward preventing these issues when you are younger (Sarah Woolgar Movement, n.d.). Joseph Pilates said, "Movement heals and is medicine." While moving individuals can sometimes be good enough, I understand the role in our ability to move and feel movement and pain perception in the brain. This Pilates method helps you become more mobile and also helps you perceive movement differently. It helps silence negative thoughts and helps to calm negativity. Awareness is the key to change. The props and equipment can be used to make movement available to all people, regardless of their ability. The equipment may look intimidating, but it supports your limbs so you can feel a full range of motion. The machine sends signals through your body, moving fluids and lighting up circuitry.
