Some first-time participants also got paid fast cash compensation at the end of the research as promised by the company. Additionally, the survey and focus group services and cash incentives offered by SMARI are lauded by the customers. This leads to even more customer retention and more active members as well as many new participants. The company also received tremendous positive feedback from its clients, such as the increase in engagement, a great amount of ideas, and many customers also said they obtained massive experience on customer satisfaction. The few who struggled with understanding the research information. Compared to the total number of participants, this is extremely insignificant. I recently did a study with SMARI. This was my first time doing anything like this. It was 90 minutes long and extremely interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly do it again. The cash incentive was very nice as well. Highly recommended!
