She then breaks down the process and explains the purpose behind each of the products she recommends for your desired look. She's gentle and knowledgeable, discussing to you what's happening when you're nervous or unsure. She also follows up about aftercare, and I can't say how much I appreciate her. She is very professional and helpful. Another good reason why people rave about her is because of the time and attention she gives to each of her patients. She responds to queries, does a lot of diagnoses, and even tries new approaches she's nervous of. I felt at ease and valued each time I visited her. It was great, and I'll send anyone I know to her!
