At JACO Limousine & Transportation, our standards and expectations are high. They are high because high-caliber clients expect it. We experience specific requirements. We have a fleet to satisfy them, but our real strength is how we perform on the ground. Our chauffeurs are trained to do. They match clients and other passengers with the abilities to serve them adequately. We offer classroom training, road tests, and self-study. All JACO chauffeurs receive this training. Most other companies cannot provide this. We can only keep top performers to meet the needs of our clients and passengers. We are fundamentally a service company. Unique in our business sector, as the first contact for people arriving in town, host during their stay, and the last contact as they leave, our responsibility is unique. It is to provide safety, punctuality, respect, and confidentiality. For our clients, passengers, and employees. They rely on us to be there for them at the moments that matter most.

Multiple passengers gave top grades to Jaco Limousine and the driver, with the performance IPFW Charter Bus Service also deserving top accolades. I had Chris as a driver, and Jennifer did as well, and they were both professional, polite, and competent. William and Brad are said to be similar, and in the context of rapid and often unexpected changes, their capabilities were much valued. Concerning drive comfort, staff quality, and bus conditions, Mac Limo and LSFIT Executive Car Service had perfect passengers. Although there were some disagreements on some services, these services received positive feedback in other areas and ambiance.EMU Charter Bus could transport the product to a consumer's location effectively. This bus service obtained the highest ratings from passengers on this company, students, and potential clients. Some endanger customer service in many other vehicles, and they felt that some buses are the perfect ones, especially the Premium Motor Coach. Happy passengers tell everyone, including families and friends, about Emory University Event Transportation. The consumers' service post received, including substantial observations regarding the site services, allows us to see how helping others during the road trip is essential. None of the customers are looking forward to the event that will get the same ratings as it has been the case for these services, even considering that they obtained low ones.

Below is an email I sent to the Company with no response. It explains my experience with this Company. TERRIBLE. "I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with our limo services on January 27, 2024. I would like to list the issues below for your consideration. Issues with the limo itself: 1. It had not been cleaned. We found and cleaned up candy wrappers and a comb that had been obviously left from a previous customer. 2. I had emailed Kelli Cusick about what was offered and what I needed to bring. She said that they would provide ice, water and cups, if needed. I responded that I would like ice and water. When we left on our trip, there was no ice to be found. The water was a nice sparkling water, but I had assumed there would be just plain water. Had I known he wasn't going to have what we needed in the limo, I would have brought it myself. 3. The sunroof/moonroof LEAKED all over my friend and my daughter-in-law. That was awful! I didn't mention it to the driver and I will explain that below. Issues with the driver: 1. The driver arrived 30 minutes early. He was supposed to arrive at 2:15, but he got to our home at 1:45 pm. Not all of our guests were here and it ruined the surprise for my husband. That was very disappointing. 2. He was not very friendly at all. We tipped him anyway, but I don't feel he earned it. He was downright rude! 3. He threw us all over the limo driving more than 10 mph over the speed limit at times. It was raining and not very safe for him to be driving that fast. I knew he was speeding when I checked Google Maps to see how far away we were from our destination and it showed it was doing 80 mph in a 70 mph zone. All things considered, I cannot give you a good review on Yelp nor can I recommend your services to anyone. I am HIGHLY disappointed that I spent $1,300 for what was supposed to be an amazing evening and it was NOT. The event we attended was phenomenal, but our transportation there and back was terrible at best. "
