At Flyte, there's the Entrepreneur Empowerment Program. This successful program serves very small-business owners. Louisiana state says it's the largest mentorship and training program for small businesses. This program involves 50 small-business owners at the early stages of their business. It includes more than 90% women of color. They do it for 12 months. Also, this program allows each entrepreneur to access the same resources. It involves data input, financial stability sessions, credit assessment. This program aims to teach entrepreneurship and financial management. Flyte has partnered with individuals, businesses, and communities to find various programs. There are a bunch of programs that people can choose from. Such programs can be a one-session workshop, a series of weekly workshops, or an online seminar. In this case, Flyte tailors the program to meet the needs of its partners. In addition, each of these programs is created to gather data in a safe and complete manner. This is to enable the participants to demonstrate that they are actively applying the learnings to their daily lives. This number represents more than 80% of program participants. These communities are mostly underserved by financial education programs. Flyte views financial literacy as a right and not a privilege (Flyte). All services are free due to the Flyte mandate. This is because their mission is to help their customers, and any cost is not their goal.
