Ed does top-quality work, and his knowledge and skill are fantastic. He replaced balances (sashes) in two of my windows -- old, heavy factory (historic mill building) windows that kept slipping down from the top. The same work was done by another company two years ago, but the results were not good. Ed had the exact weight of ultra-lift balances right in his truck and installed them very quickly in one visit. I didn't have to wait for a 5-week order and delivery and put up with repeated follow-up visits. The windows are now secure, and they open and close smoothly. Ed is incredibly responsive, reliable, very neat, and professional. He will now be our preferred window repairer in our condo campus for many years to come.
