In 1994, BRIGS founder Scott purchased Greater Boston Properties, a small property management firm. Barrington Management and Greater Boston Properties were combined in 2017 to form BRIGS. However, that was just the beginning. Four generations later, BRIGS has a 120-person team managing 14,500 apartments and condos, up from 200 units with a small team. No matter how big we get, BRIGS will always prioritize well-run places people enjoy living in.
