In 1994, BRIGS founder Scott purchased Greater Boston Properties, a small property management firm. Barrington Management and Greater Boston Properties were combined in 2017 to form BRIGS. However, that was just the beginning. Four generations later, BRIGS has a 120-person team managing 14,500 apartments and condos, up from 200 units with a small team. No matter how big we get, BRIGS will always prioritize well-run places people enjoy living in. I don’t feel they are trustworthy ,very Poor management, poor communication ,not sensitive to owners situations or concerns.
scary bad. Poor communication, Bullying, blocking access to trustees and incompetent sub contractors, otherwise they are wonderful
