Our brand is anchored in the forward-thinking perspective of Creative Director Stuart Vevers and the inclusive and courageous spirit of our hometown. Carolyn at Coach in Boston provided the best client service ever. She understood leather well and hinted at the membership program, vanity labels, and the personalization system. We can't wait to design our camo courier, a love that dates back to our first Coach briefcase 20 years ago. Along with Caroline, we boarded a Tailwind Air floatplane from NYC to Boston. If it wasn't because of the bad weather, we could have stayed longer and purchased another beloved piece from Coach. Finally, the security guard unlocked the door.
