Carolyn at Coach in Boston provided the best client service ever. She understood leather well and hinted at the membership program, vanity labels, and the personalization system. We can't wait to design our camo courier, a love that dates back to our first Coach briefcase 20 years ago. Along with Caroline, we boarded a Tailwind Air floatplane from NYC to Boston. If it wasn't because of the bad weather, we could have stayed longer and  purchased another beloved piece from Coach. Finally, the security guard unlocked the door.

There are a lot of positive comments on the customer service experience and personalized recommendations from the two main reviewers. They both feel welcome, as they point out the store being conveniently located. A review says the store staff went out of their way to ensure the customers were satisfied. Another says that the customer was elated with the service and happy with what he bought.
