Centuries have passed and education and our lives a little. The world of brain development and understanding has evolved rapidly, as have we. Ethos offers a new educational approach, combining established practices with the latest science- and research-backed knowledge and understanding of the optimal development for young people. Ethos is committed to social responsibility and design. We have included human values and common sense into all we do. We realize that our task goes way beyond problem-solving; we see our job as securing the future of our children. The social constructivist principles of Montessori, Reggio and Waldorf are the basis of our learning philosophy. The theory places a strong emphasis on "hands-on" learning in which youth, alongside experienced teachers, can investigate, manipulate, and explore objects, ideas, and concepts. Self-directed investigation is how development happens. This helps navigate and question the world around them. All ideas and contributions are welcomed and recognized. We engage children in culture, diversity, and self-knowledge and help them build social and emotional learning skills. We want to help young people discover and be empathetic.
