New England Dog Training Club

NEDTC is a non-profit 501(c) dedicated to the teaching of all aspects of dog training and responsible dog ownership. The organization offers positive reinforcement-based classes that cater to all breeds, registered and non-registered, and every mix of breed you can imagine. This positive, basic obedience is the foundation of a trusting, healthy relationship between the dog and its owner. Each of our training classes is specifically designed to help establish, build, and strengthen this relationship, setting you and your dog on the path to success. All Rally team members need to be familiar with the zen hand and zen hand markers. Additionally, all dogs must be acclimated to the use of props. Teams must be able to work and move together in the ring to ensure a connection. In a real-world setting, the dogs must maintain concentration and focus even when off-leash. Beginner competition training may also involve fun, short activities that test concentration and focus. Four sports in four weeks! Agility, tricks, scent work, and obedience. (Obedience and Agility combo course) A day filled with exciting sports! Dog sports are a regular way for you to exercise with your dog, develop a solid foundation in both obedience and agility, and encourage a vibrant relationship with your dog. These classes are not just for potential handlers; they are also for people who simply want to have fun!
